UA: You can return your product via 14 days, at this moment we don't cover return labels. If you want to return your product or change size, please contact emfinum@gmail.com

OUTSIDE OF UA: All sales are final unless the items is defective, if you have any issues with our order please contact emfinum@gmail.com

Refunds (if applicable)

You will be notified upon receival and inspection of your return.

If approved for refund, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. A refund may take up to 3-5 days to process.

Products purchased at a discount are non-refundable. Only in the presence of defects.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace damaged or defective items.

Shipping (if applicable)

We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total cost of your order.

On high-cost items, we suggest using a trackable & insured shipping service for returns for extra security.

· Since EMFINUM is located in Ukraine, which is currently still not a part of the EU, we are unable to deduct an additional 22% of TAX for our European Union customers to pay on your behalf to your country of residency/delivery. Therefore you might be responsible for paying and handling any duty/import taxes and all applicable fees they might bring, such as customs broker service, your local post fee for customs services, etc.

Since we do not include TAX in our price, and we are not paying taxes on your behalf, we are unable to provide TAX refunds, for more information on How-to refund your taxes, please, contact your local customs authorities.
