Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at emfinum@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label(for customers from Ukraine), for international customers we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on jewelry and acessories from 925 silver after the packaging has been opened.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/cancel on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

· We will refund you the costs to the same Bank / Credit Card / PayPal account from which we received the payment within 14 days after receiving the parcel back.

· If the parcel cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver), or if the customer refuses to collect the parcel, the parcel will be returned to the sender EMFINUM in Ukraine at customer's expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax fees. The amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

· We refund money for the goods only in the event of a defect. If you just change your mind, it is unfortunately impossible to return the item.

· After placing an order/pre-order you only have 24 hours to cancel the order if you suddenly change your mind, after this period all refund requests are rejected.

· Since EMFINUM is located in Ukraine, which is currently still not a part of the EU, we are unable to deduct an additional 22% of TAX for our European Union customers to pay on your behalf to your country of residency/delivery. Therefore you might be responsible for paying and handling any duty/import taxes and all applicable fees they might bring, such as customs broker service, your local post fee for customs services, etc.

Since we do not include TAX in our price, and we are not paying taxes on your behalf, we are unable to provide TAX refunds, for more information on How-to refund your taxes, please, contact your local customs authorities.
